The Role
As Storia’s first Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition and increasing engagement within our community of journalers. You’ll develop feature launch strategies and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, while optimising Storia’s product positioning to boost usage and word of mouth.
In this role, you will:
- Define and refine product and feature positioning to ensure Storia's unique value resonates
with our target audiences.
- Create content on social media and other platforms to engage our community, spotlighting
user stories, celebrating journaling milestones, and sharing the benefits of reflective
practices.
- Collaborate with our founder to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new
features and product launches.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive growth and adoption, while tracking
and reporting key performance metrics to measure and optimise results.
- Analyse data, gain insights into user behaviour, and identify new growth opportunities.
You’re likely a good fit if:
-You have experience using TikTok for marketing, and understand how to create content that
drives engagement and resonates with that platform’s audience.
- You have experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a similar role at a
consumer tech company, and experience working at a consumer tech startup.
- You’re experienced with developing GTM plans and executing product marketing
strategies.
- You’ve launched features for consumer apps and know what resonates with users.
- You have a deep understanding of user personas and know how to engage them with a
product.
- You’re familiar with SEO, ASO, and other growth marketing strategies.
- You have a playbook of marketing strategies but aren’t afraid to experiment.
- You love executing marketing campaigns and don’t hesitate to create content when
needed.
- You’re skilled at translating data into actionable insights.
- You work fast, have an ownership mindset, and possess excellent communication and
collaboration skills.
- You have experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g.,
Mixpanel).
